Little help to start with RadRotator and Visual Basic

Hello. I'm starting with .net and i'm a bit confused. I want to do a simple animation with RadRotator, but does not work for me. I add items and call start function but nothing happen. Could you help me?

I need a little help to start this project. I'm using Visual Basic 2005/2008. This is a simple slide in/out with opacity. I've attached images and a video sample that i made in Expression Blend (just to have an idea). It´s possible to do same with RadRotator? please help me with a sample project :)

UPDATE:
I've tried to do it by my self, but i don't know how to add a Label into RadItemsContainer.
I've added in the form a RadRotator1---> click on items property, and i've added a RadItemsContainer .So I clicked on items property again. Now in RadItemsContainer, i've tried to add a Label control, but this control isn't available. I need to add with code at runtime? Or can i add a "Container" control into RadRotator and add controls with drag and drop? , please help,

Also, I've added a PNG Image into RadImageButton ... how can i stretch the image.it's possible?

Display PDF pages in Rotator

Hello,

I am evaluating the Telerik controls for use in a presentation app. I am looking for a way to show individual PDF pages in a slideshow type format. I was wondering if there is a way to load a PDF file and show each page in the rotator in this manner? The PDFViewer control is not what I am looking for, as it shows the entire PDF at once, while scrolling through the pages. I want to see the pages one at a time.

RadLabelElement RadRotator center

I'm trying to center, both vertically and horizontally, a RadLabelElement within a RadRotator. Does anyone know how this can be done? Below is my initial try.

RadLabelElement label = new RadLabelElement();

label.Text = slide.Text;

label.AutoSize = true;

label.AutoSizeMode = RadAutoSizeMode.FitToAvailableSize;

label.Alignment = ContentAlignment.MiddleCenter;

label.StringAlignment = StringAlignment.Center;

radRotator1.Items.Add(label);

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

How to change the rotation direction to be horizontal and moving from left to right, or right to left and displaying more than one item, to be like the marquee in html components ?

First of all, I am not a program just a student. I would to create a rotator menu just like the one on the demo, the one that said controls, sample apps, productivity tools and what's new. Please kindly show examples with the smooth rotate like. thanks in advance.

I'd like for images within a RadImageItem to resize as the RadRotator resizes. Does anyone know how to do this?

Some WebBrowserItems not loading

Hi

I am trying to develop a wallboard application that will simply rotate web pages to present production information about particular companies. The web pages are being served correctly and render fine within any web browser; but when using the rotator there is always one item that is blank. I have a collection of sites to display and then am simply creating items into the radRotator control, after a set period of time I simply refresh the browser. Has anyone else experienced issues with the webbrowser item not loading the page contents?

The code to setup the rotator is

radRotator1.Stop();

radRotator1.Items.Clear();

foreach (string site in sites)

{

RadWebBrowserItem item1 = new RadWebBrowserItem();

item1.Url = new Uri(site);

item1.WebBrowserControl.ScriptErrorsSuppressed = true;

radRotator1.Items.Add(item1);

}

radRotator1.CurrentIndex = 0;

radRotator1.Start(true);

To refresh after period of time

radRotator1.Stop();

foreach (RadItem item in radRotator1.Items)

{

RadWebBrowserItem item1 = (RadWebBrowserItem) item;

item1.WebBrowserControl.Refresh();

radRotator1.Start(true);

Any help appreciated, have spent lots of time on this but the problem is that the page that is not loaded is not consistent and could be any of the sites in the list.

glitch

Rotator is glitching during action.
Using on ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 on Windows XP SP3, .NET3.5 SP1

During rotation phase it stops, then either dies or reanimated after several minutes.
There are several panels in the Rotator, each with several RadItems like text and such.

Any tablet?
