Is throwing this:

ReferenceError: min is not defined

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Ya, I realized that footerTemplate requires the aggregate definition to be in the data source and groupFooterTemplate requires the aggregate definition to be in the column section.  Thanks for the help.
