Since our last upgrade (from Q3 2012 to Q1 2013 (2013.1.403.40)) we have some strange behavior in the grid context menu.
You right click on the grid and it always shows up but when you hover the mouse over a sub-menu it doesn't show.
We allow the user to change themes and I have seen it happen in a couple of them so I don't think it is a particular theme issue.
If you right click again to the right or left of where you clicked before and try again the sub menus start working but I can't find a sequence that is consistent.

I have tried but am unable to reproduce the issue on a development computer.
Is this a known issue at all?

Hi Zack,

Can you please try with our latest internal build?
If you experience the same issue again please provide sample project or more details how you change themes (is it runtime, via Style Manager or Implicit styles).

Theme is implicit styling set at runtime (during App startup before main window loads).
When they select a different theme we save it in settings and the user is notified to restart the app to apply.
(Because if we try to apply it at runtime, several controls do not act/look right afterwards)

Seems to be mostly happening to people using the expression dark theme, which is most common with our users they say it makes it easier on the eyes, not so bright.

Hi Zack,

May I ask you if you are using the code from this article or you have another implementation of RadContextMenu for RadGridView? If this is not the context menu you are using, could you send us some details - how do you merge the resources, how do you populate the menu with data, do you apply any custom styles on your menu? We've tried to reproduce the problem, but unfortunately we couldn't, that's why this information is so important for us.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
