It seems like there is an issue with narrator announcing table head and body cell values. Is it fixed in lated version or does anyone know workaround for this?

I have found an issues related to this behavior in the Kendo UI Grid (wrapped inside the kendo-grid-react-wrapper) and it seems to be related to the Narrator configuration itself. You can try the settings suggested by my colleague here and see if they will help:

In addition, please, have in mind that the "@progress/kendo-grid-react-wrapper" package is part of our Kendo UI Wrappers for React, which have been deprecated since 20 Dec 2021:

Instead of using the Kendo UI Wrappers for React, I would advise that you switch to our native KendoReact Grid component:
