We have created file manger in that we have content menu but context menu is not opening in IPad iOS in desktop view.

The behavior is logged as bug in our GitHub repository. I am raising its priority so that it will move up in our bug-fixing queue. Unfortunately I cannot say when a fix will be available, so I suggest following the issue for further development on the matter. At this point, there are no known workarounds for the jQuery suite.
