Is there a way to get a PDF to export to HTML to display on a page, or is there a good way to get a PDF on a page?

If I understood correctly, you need to convert a PDF to HTML. If that so, this is not currently supported with the Document Processing Library and there is a feature request logged for this feature - WordsProcessing: Implement import from PDF. You can vote and subscribe to this item to get notified for any status changes.
