Is it the intent the jQuery license (kendo-ui-license.js) be committed to source control so CI/CD build systems can access it?

I can see that a colleague of mine has already answered the question in the support thread you opened on the matter, but I will copy his reply here as well as it may be helpful to others:
"If you have a pipeline to include the kendo-ui-license.js file only for development and publishing you are not required to have the license file in the source control for CI/CD. You should note, however, that the warning will show up for the CI if you have browser tests. "
