Hello Ronald,
Unfortunately the current version of the charting control does not support horizontal orientation for bars and stacked bars. This feature is in our TODO list and we will do our best to implement it for Q3 2009 release later this year.

Horizontal bar and stacked bar series are supported in the latest official version of the control. You can check the demos here.
