What design tool can I use for using RadControls within my aspx pages? It seems a though you don't have any control over the tools in design view. You have a hard code the tools via the source window. Any suggestions? I have attached an example image.

I am not sure what kind of tool you are looking for.
If the controls are not appearing in VS Toolbox, please read this help article.
Additionally every control from RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX has SmartTag, from which common properties can be easily set. You can find more information about SmartTags for each of the controls in the controls documentation.

I understand. I'm better off hard coding my RadControls as opposed to trying to drag and drop them via design view. I thought I would have more control via design, however I do not. I just keep hand coding away.
