Gantt Chart Horizontal scroll bar

Hello, Matjaz,

Currently, the HTML and CSS do not provide an option to render a scrollbar of the top of the container.

Once the main technology supports that we can integrate it into the component as well.

The only option at this point is to have a `fake` container at the top of the Gantt and to sync both scrollbars, similarly to how it is show here:

Please have in mind that this s a custom approach, and the developer has to implement it based on the real application logic and structure.
