Hello,
Atanas Korchev
the Telerik team
There was a temporary build available for download which indeed had this problem. Please download Kendo again. We will also update the online demos.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

We are having this same issue. We have purchased kendo and have downloaded the latest updates. However, this problem still persists in IE9. Help please!

Hello Mark,
If you re-download the same release or upgrade to the service pack released on 15 May, you'll get the issue fixed.
All the best,

We have downloaded the latest version, but this issue still persists. Drop downs and combos work find in chrome, mozilla, and previous versions of IE. But IE9 still produces the same problem.

Hello Mark,
Georgi Krustev

As my colleagues pointed out, the issue is fixed in the final Q1 2012 (2012.1.322) version of KendoUI, which you can download from the site. Here is a screencast, which shows that everything is ok on my end. I also attached the test page.
